Introducing 36 Keong Saik Road, a four storey shophouse in Singapore (currently housed by burger joint Potato Head) and a pretty iconic sight in Chinatown.

When I went to look up the history of the street it seems to have had a pretty interesting (and racy!) past. The neighbourhood was a very popular red light district and the area itself was also known as territory operated by the secret society Sio Loh Kuan! Today Keong Saik is a bit more low key and the area is known for its heritage shophouses, cafes, restaurants and shops. 

This Singaporean art print will brighten up your wall decor with its warm sunset and tropical vibes. This art print is created from an original gouache Em+Co painting and printed on high quality fine art paper made from 100% cotton. The fine art paper has a beautiful finish that compliments the gouache painting perfectly.
